Order Issues

Contact us at hello@minervausa.com to correct the shipping address before it is shipped out.

Once your order is received, we will send you an order confirmation email. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request. If you want to make changes in your order/ cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us within 12 hours.

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may trace your package with it.

Shipping & Delivery

We have our own warehouse only in the U.S. All orders are shipped from the nearest warehouse.

Our store offers free shipping for purchases over $100, and an additional $20 shipping fee for orders below $100.

Returns & Exchanges

 You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery of your item. Items eligible for return must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. The shipping cost of your return will be deducted from your total refund.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return for your original purchase, and make a separate purchase for the item you wish to receive instead. If you have any questions, please contact hello@minervausa.com for assistance.
